1966 convertible with the 200 C&I inline 6 and a 3 spd stick. Slow as molasses.
Then a 67 coupe 289 2bbl auto; that was fast.
Then a 65 coupe 289 hipo with the track pack and 4 spd stick. Hot cams, big carb and headers; really hauled ass.
Then s197 07 GT. did all kind of nitro stuff but got tired of changing and having to change bottles and either warm or cool the darn thing, so I traded for my 2010 Shelby.

24 years old here

My 2006 GT is my first Mustang definitely not my last :)

My dad rented a 2007 Mustang for my Graduation/Prom weekend during my senior year of high school and I fell in love with the car, made it a goal to get one of my own, and here I am going on my third year of ownership with it modified, supercharged and all! Worked hard to get it where it's at now, and still working to get that built motor lol!

1970 fastback. Got it when I was 16 and sold it when I was 28. But it spent more time on jack stands then on the road. The original motor was a Mexican block 302. Swapped that out for a 351W, then a 460, and then back to the 351. I did all the work myself and paid for it myself. I sold it after I bought a 98 GT and lost interest. I think I saw it about 3 months later with a new paint job.

That was at a show. I put it in a burnout contest.

Not my first Mustang, but my first 'quick' Mustang...not fast by today's standards, but it was good for mid-high 12s which wasn't bad back then. Cars have come a long way since.

Then a 94 v6 (parents wanted something slower as a "first car as the other two were projects")
Then a 96 GT
A 08 Bullitt
03 Cobra

Got my 07 GT Redfire this past June after some girl swerved in front of me driving my 07 Eclipse GT. End result it was totaled. Awesome car but loving my GT. First mustang and not my last. My girl has an 06 GT and her mother has an 07 GT.

My first pony was a 68 coupe with a 351w. Was blue when i got it, sent it to maaco for a $250 dollar white paint job. It was peeling by the time we got it home. I wish i would have kept it looking back now

My first Mustang was a 2-tone gray 1988 GT. I bought it as a donor for a Factory Five Racing kit car I was planning to buy at the time. Working on the car and seeing how much fun it was to work on the Stang thru websites, meeting people while selling parts "I didn't need", attending swap meets, events, etc... lead me to abandon the Kit Car thing and own my own. I bought a clean unmolested '90 black GT. Been hooked since and I've had 4 Stangs total.

My first mustang was a laser red 00 v6, best v6 mustang from ford I drove. Wish I still have the pics of it. I do have pics of the 2nd (and worst) mustang I've ever owned......a 2006 v6

I have had a few Ford performance cars from an Escort GT to a Turbo Coupe, and a Super Coupe. My first Mustang was a 1999 Cobra Convertible, and I still regret selling that car!

My first mustang was a 2002 GT that my parents bought used in 03 with 19k miles on it. My dad taught me how to drive stick in it and would let me drive it to school every day. I continued to drive it under his ownership till about mid 2010 when i bought it from him. I totaled it in the snow up in Chicago in Dec of 2010 :(

Me and my dad combined put 90k miles on it (it died with 110k), with me contributing on my own of about 47k miles. That car was built like a tank and only left me stranded once when the 3650 blew up. After that it got a t56 swapped in and kept on goin.
