you would be amazed by how much room is in there and the amount of extra wire ford used to route it the way they did......once you route it straight up i think i cut out about 2 ft of wire.......weight reduction!! its about 15-20 wires just going that the windshield wiper motor.......i have no idea why it takes that many wires.........crazy!

Good! That mean more wires hidden lol! It remember reading how much wire you ended up cutting out in your thread. It really is a waste that is alot of copper lol. Ford bein the big spender all of a sudden lol.

just a quick question about relocating the abs unit, and a/c. How much do you estimate the cost in materials to do the relocations, if you dont mind posting it?

I would definitely recommend buying a brake line bender because we lost ours and it would have made the job 10X easier/faster. So thats $12 right there at harbor freight. If you are good with it you can actually reuse "most of the lines" but estimated cost with-out is under 50 bucks. Just have to have the knowledge to fab the bracket for it to sit on (welder).

I had a interesting failure with some livernois stage 3 NA cams. One of my timing chain tensioner bolts sheared off in the head. I since upgraded to a 12.9 grade stud. Something to consider if its apart

Hmm I will have to look into that. I've been going by the book on most all the internals.

Well I was autocrossing, on and off the throttle, high load springs and big cams. Next thing you know it sounds like a diesel. The chain was slapping around. So what I did was bought some m8x1.25x60mm set screws. They make perfect studs. Rated at 12.9 grade. I don't want any chancea

Subb'ed. I hate that the fact that I'm so broke has allowed to someone else to do this before me. Be the inspiration man and pave the way!!!! Following this build with a microscope!

Well Guys time to update a bit... Not much done cause I went away to Vegas last week but here is what I have...

Putting the motor in to get all the wires run prior to painting the engine bay.

Just as most all have done that have tucked wires we began by separating and organizing.

Everything getting tied together and ran:

Instead of running the nasty looking metal heating setup we decided to just run heater hose. It is less noticeable and makes more room to run wires.

Had to throw the restricter in the tubing.

Well right about now the only thing my cars good for is a bottle opener:

Instead of drilling holes we decided to use Areo Grade Glue to put zip tie hangers up:

Drilled another hole and moved it closer to where the wires come up, going to weld up the old hole once i pull the motor back out:

AC Setup; We welded in fittings in areas where they wouldn't be noticed.

Didn't want to deal with messing with sensors. (more money)

Holy hell. Having Done a full tuck myself I am floored at the completeness of this project. And the attention to detail is great. I applaud your efforts and am envious.

Am I being tarded? I still can't see where the power distribution box is going. In the cabin???

Your a madman! Big props. I need to do this over the winter to my car when the drivetrain comes out again. Not looking terribly forward to it.

Looking good!

That is looking fantastic! May I ask why you put the right side turbo back there instead of putting it symmetrical with the other? Either way this will look outstanding when finished.
