Why are long tubes a pain in the ass?

Starter wasn't too bad IMO, just that top bolt. The passenger side motor mount bracket is what pissed me off the most...had to pry that bastard to line up right thanks to a shitty Pypes header.

I knew LTs were a royal PITA to install, but after reading through this thread, I can safely say that LTs are NOT in my near future. I love wrenching on my car as much as the next guy, but it sounds like doing long tubes takes it to a whole new level!

I remember getting beyond frustrated several years back installing headers on my 95 GT 5.0, so I don't think I'd fare too well doing them on a Coyote.

They really aren't that bad, but they're tedious. Lol

Glad they turned out well, and glad to hear that you are enjoying them. The four-into-one design of the bassani was the reason I chose those LTs. I figured that they would be the easiest to install. Happy to hear that they are finally being put to good use.

If I ever do, John, I promise to wear flip flops! Lol

I was warned before I did mine.....

Better have 3 pints of blood waiting on you when you finish.

Yeah, I ALWAYS seem to find a way to bleed when working on my ride. Proof is in my "Miss new booty" thread!
