Hey everyone, my name's Tim and I'm out of Billings, MT. Just finally came upon this forum a couple weeks ago, and all I ever do now is lurk around on here. I really wish I would have found this sooner, tons of good info. I've had my car for almost 3 years now and this probably would have saved me quite a bit of coin and headache. I've got an '08 California Special (pic and mods in sig) and I absolutely love the thing. Since joining I've picked up a used procharger kit and some other goodies from other members, and I'm slowly getting everything I need together to install it. I look forward to getting to know some of you and maybe learn a thing or two as well as help out if I can. Thanks!

Unfortunately I don't know if I'll make it out there. I work week on/week off in ND and all of their track days land on my work week. Sucks because I'd really like to run it before I put the blower on, hopefully I can get out there on a week off. Good to see a fellow Montanan on here, we'll have to meet up!

Good choice on the procharger. Who is doing the tuning? There is only one person I would trust with it in town and that's it. Otherwise I'd run the canned tune if it comes with one or have it remote tuned by someone here like Lito.

I agree one of these days we ought to meet up on a Friday or Saturday evening and familiarize ourselves.

One of these days I am going to tow the car up there. I go up to Montana (Kalispell) at least 2 times a year. My brothers always joke I should tow the car up there and drive it on the street.....

Yeah I can't wait to get it on the car. I was going to have it tuned by Brett Kolb at K&K performance - he is the only guy I know of in town, but if you have another suggestion let me know. I met Brett at dyno day last month and he said he could do all the tuning on it, seemed like a real good guy and showed me some of the other cars he has done. I've actually only been in Billings for about a year so I still don't really know a lot of places for tuning etc. I've just been running email tunes from bama thus far. Do you ever go to the little car meet at Hardees on 24th on Thursdays? I've poked my head in there a few times and met some other Mustang guys there as well.

Brett is the one I was thinking of. I wouldn't let anyone else locally touch it. He's capable.

Haven't been to the hardees thing or any meets in a long time though I did swing by the dyno day. Left when the rain came before they moved it in doors. Let me know one of these days if you plan on being out there and I can try to swing by hardees.
