^ Total gibberish to me. I'll just accept the fact that I'm stupid when it comes to that stuff and leave it to the experts. I'll focus on stuff I can do well and not fuck with the stuff that baffles me.

Haha, well I used to see 20.5 to 21 psi or so peak in 3rd at 7200 rpms and now I have 22.5 at 6500. With the power coming much sooner.

I may have missed it but I thought you were running a WG and BC

He does on the stree tune. At the track he runs it wide open

Correct, right now it is wide open on c16. Making the move to E85 in a week or two, so no need to make Manuel dial in the pump tune. From then on its E85.

I will still use the WG setup at 16 psi on the street though. The car has way to much power for my street needs right now. It is scary some times. Lol

Oh ok.

Why not max out the blower (30psi/whatever) and just WG it for low boost for street and higher boost for racing? That way even at the track you build boost sooner in the RPM?

You generate more heat by doing that since you are spinning the blower fast all the time. You will also end up wearing stuff out faster that way as well.

I think you would like the 17 miles per hour It gains in the next five hundred RPM's even better!

That's awesome! You are right, I like it MOAR!

When I get my forged stroker in I plan on hitting Manuel up for E85 tuning. Looking forward to seeing your results!

Dysan nailed it.

I found out on my last track outing that with my 3.33 pulley un-gated (20psi) my 1/4 times were quicker than with my 2.95 pulley (25psi) gated to 20 psi. IAT's were about 40-50* lower with the bigger pulley.

Billy your car is a beast of a street car. I would think with the E85 and some cool air this fall you should crack the 9's without a problem:thumb:

Yes there is a point where AITs outway the gains from boost. I do plan to take mine to 25 psi. I just need to do some track pulls to see where I am maxing out now. If it is still at 22.5 psi, I will order a smaller pulley. I dont want to go over 25 psi on this motor since I didnt o ring he block. Maybe next ime on the 5.8.

Right now I will max out at 22 to 25 psi and then add the N2O. With E85 and N2O I think I will be scared enough for his year.

And 05moneypit, after Oct. 28 it better be to the mid to lower side of those 9s after the E85 and N2O gets dialed in on the dyno.
