Look at that mph..........sandbagger.

So does this mean you can put on the 15s now?

Haha, the reason for the mph and my plans are in my Chit Chat thread.

And yes the 15s will be going on. Time to start looking more like a race car.

Can't really imagine not having a track nearby. I ve moved five time and have always had at least one track within 45 minutes. Current 25 from the closest, guess I've always been lucky that way.

What was the DA? That MPH is low. Should be at least 113. '60 looks good. Looks like tune is hurting you.

DA was over 900'. A friend of mine was racing the same night with me and her mph was a few mph below her normal, as well. An acquaintance with a '12 Boss 302 was running low traps, too, at just 111. We only got in a few passes before being rained out, so weather was far from ideal.

I will be buying different tunes to compare, but the Bama tune does work very well on the street for drivability.

Yeah you should definitely run better than that. I'm close to your numbers on my tune with street tires and no converter, and I trapped higher. My runs were in roughly 1400 DA. Track prep must have been pretty bad.

Track prep wasn't bad as I was cutting 1.69 to 1.71 for sixty foots. The tune I'm running shifts at 6800 rpm's, and I know there's power up to around 7200 rpm's. Also, I'm not convinced that the converter is being commanded to lock up at WOT, which is likely costing me some trap speed.

Worth noting, the converter & 1-pc dropped my ET's by 5 tenths from my prior best at this same track with similar weather. 5 tenths is a very good improvement, so I'm very happy at this point.
