Kris, do you have to upgrade the springs as well?
Ford would like you to if you are going to go over 7800 RPM. I think I would do it regardless, Boss springs are cheap.
X2. With the comp 3 cams there's a .5mm raise and same duration and they're NSR.
The fact that Ford recommends springs, yet Comp doesn't for an even bigger cam is a bit disturbing. I would have doubts about the valvetrain remaining under control with the Comps.
