Washed mine as well... supposed to be low 20's for the near future so no better day than today!

I looked at the race spec but they did a limited time 20% off on the regular shifter, plus in talking to them we agreed for my needs the regular shifter and solid arm-to-trans bushings would be economically better for me.

To that end I'm waiting to install until I get it to the dealer for what I believe is a failing passenger side axle bearing. Took the brakes off that side and had someone turn the other tire and the noise was still there. Also have a "rumble" when coasting from just over 70 slowing down. Not extreme but shakes the whole car noticeably.

I'm all stock except essentially the FRPP power pack (used GT500 axle back, new K&N filter and FRPP tune), think they will giver any trouble on power train warranty since a dealer didn't install them?

SNKPWR:

Dealer shouldn't care much about the FRPP power pack. If you installed rear gears then they might squawk.

Can you post an update about the new shifter rod bushings, please? George is quite an innovative fellow and I really like the reduction in the movement in the MGW video. If the race spec is 'too much' then I'll have a backup plan, lol.

Thanks.

Chris

p.s.--Your GT is looking good! I like the 'dipped pony emblem, too.

It was really warm out today, so I decided to just put my brembos back on. I'll probably have to hitch a few rides if the snow starts flying, but I'd rather do that then spend a couple hours in 0º putting them on in a couple weeks. I also replaced my air, cabin air, and fuel filters. Waiting patiently for my rear brake upgrade and BMR sway bar to show up!

Ordered BMR LCA's and relocation brackets. The other night I was messing around with friends and couldn't hook to save my life.

Virtually I thought of a lot to do to it lol, most of it fabricating parts and taking all the ideas I have in my head and making them real life. I have a problem..

Drove it. Glad to be home, missed torque. Luckily, my mom and sister were raised right, so when I drove their cars, I got to use three pedals.
New registration is on the way, new plates are ready to go on.

Drove it for the first time in 10 days. Weather hasn't been good lately. Will probably have to park it for winter soon.

Drove it in the rain. Waited for a good break to get the oil changed and WL trans bushing out, but no dice. Next weekend. Seems like after Thanksgiving, someone remembered to flip the "winter" switch on in SoCal finally.
