Looks great! Brent is the man. Best customer service experience I've ever encountered with a company.

Congrats Terry... :clap:That's one BAD-ASS HotRod you have there...!
Yes Sir.. It was well worth the wait !! :thumb2:
Frank, I thank-you sir.

I think it was well worth the time it took.

Tim, I think Brent at least does try to do things right and make things right for his customers.

No shop, tech or owner is perfect but what's important to me is at least Brent will correct things that happen.

I don't expect perfection I just want to know that the owner is there if things just really go to hell.

Saw your car yesterday when I went to pick up mine. It was living proudly in the showroom. It is a beautiful car.

I Thank-You !!!

I think a lot of guys have now gotten to see it in person as time has gone by.

One of these upcoming months I hopefully will not only get to see it in person.
I will get to put my butt in it's driver's seat once again.

I hope your's meets your expectations once you picked it up. :cheersman:

So is it done yet?
-Just skimmed through all this as I'm working in the TOC in the field and have nothing better to do for 12 hours, (well maybe I do). I skimmed a lot of it due to excessive crap.
-Terry, I have to say I like what you have done with your car. That being said, it is your car, you do what makes YOU happy with it. Other people don't like it they can pound sand. Or better yet, get their own car and do with it what they want how they want.
-I like the bullit green color, and as my 65 (done how I wanted) has to be painted I think that is the color I'm going with.
- Ok I really don't like your 3rd break light, what the silver one instead of a blacked out one like the 3rd gen tail lights?

Matt,

A serious post and comments IMO deserve a serious reply so here goes.

Yes, it is totally completed as far as I know.
Brent has said nothing to me at all that would indicate it's not.
So ...........
IMO it's done and waiting on my Ole Butt to get through this recovery process to where I can go get it and personally drive it home.
I did yesterday morning get released from the Cardiac Surgeon (Dr. Pass) that did the quad by-pass open-heart-surgery.
I was told not to lift anything greater than 3 Lbs. and that time frame will be up August 1st.
So I'm thinking I will get with my local buddy and see when he would be available for us to go get it this coming August.

I am very aware of all the negative, on going, never ending useless posts that are on this thread.

I wish that had not taken place but not something I had any control over.
Personally I much prefer to have positive discussions with guys not fighting on the INTERNET over a difference of opinions.
It seems as time has gone by those that for whatever reason don't like BRENSPEED, Me or my Bullitt Mustang have for the most part left this thread.
Maybe that's a good thing as it's left basically those car guys that like talking cars not arguing.

Speaking of that rear 3rd tail-light.
It's there for a reason and that reason is it's BRIGHT & it Pulsates when 1st touching the brake.
I do know it does not match those new darker taillight assemblies as you noted.
Some things on mine are there for added safety and the 3rd brake-light-assembly is one of those.
Another is the stock Bullitt side-mirrors still on mine.
I know there are a lot better looking, more streamlined mirrors but I kept the stock ones for a reason.
I had added to them the Amber Turn-Signal-Indicators years ago.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WhgxvLZpYo
They work as if Ford installed them at the factory.
They also work in conjunction with the 4-way-emergency-flashers.
I mention them as another example of safety items on mine.
I do drive it and put miles on it so in heavy traffic I want all the safety I can get.
Something might still happen but at least I have tried my best to maybe help in preventing it.

Just so you know about the green colors on Bullitt Mustangs.
There are actually two different colors that came out on the 2001/2008 & 2009 Bullitt Mustangs in green.
The 2001 is actually called, Dark-Highland-Green & the 2008/2009 is called Highland Green by Ford.
They look to me to be very similar but there is I'm sure a different paint code according to the year Bullitt.

I just a few minutes ago received some pics from Brent.
I'll post them below for those interested.

Glad you are doing better, I didn't realize you had heart surgery. I hope you recover quickly. That being said I feel for you not being able to get your car. I pretty much can't drive mine till Aug too as all of June till 28th I'm stuck here TDY at Ft. Drum and my car and motorcycle are in NJ. I get to come back for a week then I have to come right back here to Ft. Drum and will be here again till the end of July.
I still have the stock mirrors on mine too, I just have covers over them. If I changed it would be for the 2014 ones like Cam did on his bullit and I'd leave the covers off.
I understand your thinking with the 3rd break light, but I think if I change mine it will be for a smoked one. I do have a set of Raxium gen 3 tail lights on the way and the raxium smoked halo foglights. I just need to pick up a set of raxium halo smoked head lights.
I'm tracking on the color, Highland green, best car color Ford has in my opinion.
Anyway, your car looks great and get well soon!

Matt,

Yes on the open heart surgery that took place as of this Thursday 1-month ago after I had the heart attack at home.
All is going A-OK with the recovery.

I think you would really like the Highland Green color.
It is not a color on anything from Ford other than the 2008/2009 Bullitt Mustangs.

I luv the look of the Raxiom tail-light-assemblies.

The 2014 mirrors you speak of do look tons better than the stock mirrors on mine for sure.

Brent did send me two other pics with the one above I posted.
Here those are below.

Let me know when you go to get it in August. Now that I'm retired maybe I could take drive down there that day.

WOW!! Can't wait to view the new TigerMachine!!

Don, That makes at least two of us for sure.

Jim, I will be sure to do that once the date is confirmed.

How are those hood vents when it rains?

Matt,

This is what I did to help control the water issue if caught in the rain while traveling.
Not a perfect solution but it works very well.

It doesn't rain inside Brenspeed's shop!

Brian,

Brent sent me a set of pictures last evening I will post below ...

Guys,
I received a text message from Brent/Brenspeed yesterday.
He said I am sending you a lot of pictures.
They should be clear and you Do-Not have any of these.
They will be to you before the end of the day.
At least you can now see what the Engine-Compartment looks like.

Glad your "Recovery" is going well and look forward to you seeing your "Tiger-Machine" in person.
