Kenneth w/ alot more track time w/ his setup, less weight, and more mods is at 11.6 @ 116mph... Im curious as to what do YOU thing you will run and at what speed?

:popcorneat:

Kenneth has a stock longblock and only a 3.4 pulley + an auto, which (correct me if I'm wrong) will usually et better but lose some mph over a manual...

Previous best was 12.99 @ 108.48. This was on the stock tires with full exhaust, tune, and Spydershaft.

I have added a Supershaker with 3.2 pulley and all the necessary goodies. Will start out on 26/8.5's and a buddy is bringing some 10.5's if (when) I need them.

I am an average driver AT BEST.

The local track is known for poor times (not the best track prep, DA usually in the 1600-2200 range).

I am thinking mid-high 11's at 122-125.

Be gentle. :popcorneat:

I would guess for MPH around 119-121.
I'm going to the 3.2 pulley soon and I hope to get around that MPH.

Also just to throw this out there I'm running M&H's that are 28" tall with 3:90 gears.
with shorter tires I would trap a little higher.

:thumb:I think your mid/high 11's at a little over 120 should be spot on:thumb:

I agree.
This would be my guesstimate also pacettr.

Good luck & enjoy :thumb: Just have fun and the
times will follow. I would go straight to the
bigger tires, hope you capture some video :beerchug2:

I have given some thought as to why it was a bit off (at least from my expectations).

The track always shatters expectations
I am still on the original tune, which is a little fat
The local track is notoriously slow
DA was ~ 2500 ft
No driver mod, although I kew this going in

I think if I had gotten my tune and run in better air, I would have been about where I expected (high 11's @ 121-123)

I'll try to get vids uploaded this weekend...:beerdrink:

Gotcha - I thought street tires from the first sentence. Good luck!

My Price Is Right bid is 12.09

I say 113 mph

117ish @ 11.8ish
This is about what a driver mod would have netted from what I can tell.
~11.7-8 @ ~121

I am going with 12.2 @ 116

I say 12.125 @ 115 on dr's on your first day out with that setup
I had a 12.16 @ 117 in there last night
I would guess for MPH around 119-121.

it was a typo...

12.09 @119 - what do I win?...:beerdrink:
