Meh. Last time I was on track with one of them, I pulled on him by about four laps in our session. Granted, he was in the pits, on fire, but still...:thud:

I know the feeling. After spending all day getting out of their way I finally did pull on 2 of them... on Rt 55 on trailering it home.

LOL That seriously just made me LOL.... I could only imagine how annoying that would be... haha at least you got the last laugh and actually you did. You get to drive your car home and on the street. You can enjoy it on off the track. So HA! lol

Figures... they are the sickest Brake Ducts I have seen on a S197... I was thinking they would look sick on my Planned GT/CS or GT500 Front Fascia.... add another level of aggression not to mention the performance gains.

Same thing here..i would love some wheels..but they take 3-5 weeks to make/ship/mount at a cost of 4-6k to boot.

I figure atleast on the 275s..I'll get to tell the before/after results better.

Very impressive weapon you got there Mark. Very similar to the setup I'm trying working up to, minus the griggs pieces. Truly a well pieced machine. I'm surprised you went that long running fairly stock brakes. Goes to show that these things are probably the track friendliest mustangs ever made out of the box. (with good fluid and pads anyway)

How many times have you tracked it with the blower setup?
How are your IATs and any other vital #s or concerns like belt slippage and detonation?
I really want to stay NA myself, but would like to get into the 450whp range. Although, I'm still pretty happy with what I'm doing out there with what I've got right now.

The car looks amazing and the Griggs suspension just flat out rocks. I almost bought the complete TT kit for my 06 but I sold it and bought a Z06 instead haha

A friend of mine just bought the RT pack for his 07 in Sweden, that will be crazy when it's done.

Looks like the cars going out with Shelby club this Saturday at Infineon..So to celebrate I'm gonna try to pull alittle more weight out of her..if i have enough time that is:

Pass air bag
Axle tube dampeners
Carpet insulation
Scrape the floors of "the goop"

If i could get the car to 3190#'s with a full tank of fuel it would be sweet :)

I wouldn't scrape the goop off ..you could run into spot weld problems and moisture issues ...Ive seen these problems in the past

70-80% of the mileage on the car is from tracking it :) It's not a race car, but as close as possible still being street legal.

Yeah, out of the box they have to be the best bang for the buck. I've been cosidering a used Z06 for some time. I'd like to take back to back laps, Z06, GT3 and compare to my Mustang.
