Was wondering if anyone has checked the manifold inlet size to tb size and what are they? Also is there anything in the works for a bigger tb for the 5.0 yet?

80mm stock. dunno if bigger is needed.

So someone pull the oem tb off and see if it is matched to the intake manifold or not already! lol

If a no tune cai is making 15rwhp. Bigger tb should def be a nice mod if there is room to go bigger of course.

It was mentioned (and shown) in 5.0 Mustang's big March Exposé of the 5.0 motor.

There. So it's not in the TB but still. I just know somebody's gonna claim that grinding them down gave them 10hp.

If those fins are there to help promote laminar flow, then removing them could actually end up causing turbulance and hurt power. They could be related to harmonics as well. Only one way to find out though.

I know, and that's precisely why I say some a-hole's gonna grind them down and claim he got 10hp.
