I know I'm getting about as much as possible out of my blower as it sits with the blow by racing cold air kit and the smaller pulley and a tune but, does anyone know if there is any way to get anyhting more from it ? Is there any way to get more air to the motor or am I restricted by the blower itself ? At this time I'm getting 7 lbs. of boost with the smaller pulley due to the long tube headers I was told. Just looking for anything without having to spend $6000 on a bigger blower. Any:idea:?

Upgrade to the TVS 123 setup....I believe thats what its called. PM NastyStang113 about it. He has some expierence with the Roush Blowers and is currently running one himself and making around 525-550rwhp.

About the only other thing you could do is use an overdrive crank pulley. Unfortunately, this will put the blower way outside its efficiency window and generate a whole lot more heat. I am using a Snow Performance methanol kit on my Roush to control heat and I made 461 rwhp. I am just using the stock crank pulley.

Interesting. I've got a buddy with a M90, nearly full bolt ons, and has sprayed a 50 shot through it about 100+ times between the track and the street. How big of a shot was he spraying?

Tell me about it I wish I could find a way to add power without nitrous or spending another 6000.00 for an upgrade.

With the overdrive pulley do I need a retune? I had been thinking of a small shot of nitrous maybe 50 or so. Was the snow methanol injection for the cool down effect on the air and do you need a retune for that also? Guess I need to do a little research.

Yes the overdrive pulley and meth will need a retune to work well and not blow the car up lol. Actually this looks like your best option. the over drive pulley may get you 1-2 lbs of boost but like you said is going to add a little heat since that blower will be out of its effiencey range. S thats where the meth injection coms in to help cool the air charge and engine down, as well as allow you to add a little more timing.

Just ordered a 10% overdrive pulley for my M90 today. I was making 405/386 to the tires....I'll let you know how the new setup works out.

I was thinking about upgrading the intercooler (or heat exhanger..cant remember what the dang thing is called) to help with the temps as well.

What pulley is on there? I know they make 9psi pulleys, an overdrive pulley will help, but beyond that I would just go with a good set of cams. Get the set you want for future mods you can get them installed and tuned for 1500.

I'm running the m90, 10% OD crank pulley, 2.57" blower pulley, & have sprayed a small shot of nitrous for more than 100 runs down the track. It works OK for me.
