The iron block probably adds at least 100 lbs. But so what? =)

I know the difference between the aluminum 4.6 3V and the iron 4.6 is 70lbs, so you are probably pretty close.

ford had a production based stock heads, crank, rods, and pistons version of this engine tuned making 500hp easily. The Roush engine was making about 800 on E85. Here is an article on the 6.2 that 5.0 magazine did just like the article on the new 5.0 engine.

This is bad ass. Wasn't this one of the possibilities for the new mustang? I remember reading it was between the 6.2 and the 5.0 and ford decided to got with the 5.0 for the mustang.
