127600 Cam Timing?

My engine is currently being assembled. I'm running ported heads, 127600 cams, and frpp intake, and 11.5 compression. I currently have BBR lockouts which look cams in full advance. I noticed BBR has adj cam gears for the 3v now. What gains or losses do you guys think I would get if I ran these cams with say, 2* less advance? Would it be worth it? Any recommendations?

I have been told not to go with the adjustable cam gears. Not worth the chance of failure and slipping.
