Don't even bring the 5.0 into this mess. 3v guys will start sounding like the v6 guy in this thread. The reason this thread was so successful was the fact the 3v fellas finally had something inferior to prey on for a min.

Well i was in San Diego for a convention from Wed through Fri, so forgive me...just trying to catch up.

So, we know from the other thread that stock 5.0s walk blown 3vs, so now, are we saying 3Vs are slower then the new V6, or the same? Just wondering.

I think they have to have the drywall screw mod to work the best....:omfg:

Coyote guys could do a cylinder delete. Just sawzall the two rear cylinders, someone could post a how to thread in tech. You'd have a bad ass 3.75 v6 that with a K&N and axle backs could walk a stock Coyote v8, being a v6 after all (complicated engine math). Plus you wouldn't have to worry about dropping cylinder #8 anymore. I myself have an inferior twin screw 4.6, so I don't really have a chance against a 3.7. I'm more interested in the drywall screw mod for my butt slow hoopty.

On the Coyote, couldn't you just build it to 1000 rwhp and the block would just split naturally?..........no need for the sawzall. :nk:
