Hopefully this thread will help folks find a cam that they like using this thread in the future. Feel free for anyone to post up videos of their cam setup. That way people can search and find a video sound clip of cams, so they can hear them and make an educated choice for their investment.

Here are a few video clips with the BBR Stage 1 NSR cams as well as the BBR Stage 2 VSR cams.

Blow By Racing (BBR) Stage 1 cams
No Valve Spring Upgrade Required
30 Rear Wheel Horsepower Gains

Blow By Racing (BBR) Stage 2 cams

So the stage 1 provides better driveability and you don't have to change the valve springs compared to the stage 2, correct?

Can you get away with 3.55 gears with the Stage 1?

You can run those gears no problem. I had 3.55 in mine, but recently changed out for 4.10s and lets just say I'm not looking back.

My 127450 cams

My Comp Cams 127450 cams (new springs and phaser limiters). Great idea for this thread. I did not know what to expect when I got these cams and luckily they turned out great for me. N/A for now, but I got a killer deal on a new Whipple kit and will update after I install that.

Even though you don't have to change the springs/phasers with the NSRs, would it hurt anything if you did anyway?

You can always upgrade your valve springs. Hell, we've even upgraded valve springs on higher horsepower big boost cars running stock cams and lockouts.
