I don't want twice the air velocity. I want twice the air flow by volume. CFM not F/sec. They aren't the same thing. I assume that was a mistake?
If you want increased velocity, breath through a straw.
Actually....you want as much of both as you can get. There are differing applications where you'd want or need more of one than the other. Sounds like you might know that already.

That applies to every engine, Mark. Not just the 3V.
Only because you went about it the wrong way. No offense, Mark, but even you have to admit you did things kinda screwy on this build before you finally decided to just build it like a race car.

Although I appreciate the intent behind the comment, I have to agree here that the level of service should extend to every customer and every order.
From what I have seen, It is my opinion that Livernois has done this however from the vast majority I have seen making comments about their dealings with them.
Having said that, I also own a business, and although I'd like to give everyone equal attention, it is a fact that if my time is running thin, a customer that spends 20K a month with me is going to get taken care of before I deal with a $500 one time customer. Jut the realities of business unfortunately.
But on a whole, every customer is important...![]()

For an example In southern California I deal with an awesome shop that is very knowledgeable in the 4.6 modular motor program along with the best tuning I have dealt with in twenty years . Being a two to three man shop at times its almost impossible to get an appointment within three to four weeks. I will wait because I know what best but you see allot of people leaving going else where (money walking out the door ) !

its very difficult to balance the number of staff with the level of business one may have on any given week/month. as a business owner you cannot let your overhead get too large and cause you to lose money when times are lean, then you run the risk of having no business at all.
easy to say...... hire more people.... not always practical, especially when your business is at all seasonal.
