Thank you sir, much apreciated

This thread is a win for sure. Lots of good info.
Im adding this set up to the list fo shoAt what point does the valvetrain become a limitation? And what are the guys pushing the limits for N/A 3V running for heads and cams? Livernois Stage 3's with Comp Cam XFI's or custom ground cams?
Nice finds, this will all be very useful information for me during the next year. I just grabbed a new shifter finally so I could ditch the stocker. I have a long road before I catch up with you. If I ever do... Lol

Depends on the ring pack you have in the engine.Dry sump is a no go. I was thinking vacuum pump but is my little motor really going to gain from it? I have yet to see a modular pull a set up off...
It works in drag race setups as well.I don't know how far you want to take this... but I have friends who are pro racers on the road course tracks. They go as far as doing a heat treatment and major polish job on all of the trans gears and R&P to reduce surface friction. These guys swear buy it. I have to think it would help drag cars too.
When the lift of the cam pushes the retainer down onto the guide boss.At what point does the valvetrain become a limitation? And what are the guys pushing the limits for N/A 3V running for heads and cams? Livernois Stage 3's with Comp Cam XFI's or custom ground cams?
Then we get to playing with longer valves, taller springs, and reduced base circle cams. Price on custom grinds is the same as shelf cams, kid.I have the 127500 Xfi's , Custom grind is the way to go but big $$ depnding on the set up.
