Who has added headers after nitrous? I know adding headers only gains around 1 mph on motor. But what about on nitrous? 2v guys have seen gains up to 4 mph on the same size shot. Is it the same on 3v cars or is 2-3 mph more realistic? Lmk what you guys know or have experienced.

I do. Keep in mind this was years ago, but with my first car, before the whipple, I had nitrous. I ran nitrous before getting my dynatech headers. Keep in mind I also went from the stock H-pipe to an X-pipe WITH high flow cats (not an off road X-pipe). I looked up the ETs from my spreadsheet, this is what I found:

Before headers: 1.647 60' 7.671 @ 89.55 mph Irwindale DA 1177
After headers: 1.622 60' 7.489 @ 91.64 mph Irwindale DA 1263

Pretty sizable difference when you consider this is just the 1/8th mile times. Shot was 100.

Sweet thanks. And btw that's a ba 60'. Do you happen to remember what other mods you had at that point to get those kinds of 60's?

I got those 60' times because I was spraying at the hit. M&H drag radials, 4.10 gears, J&M non adjustable lower control arms, the typical CAI and tune. Auto trans 5R55S. Thats it.
