Got it in last night, and scaled it. Exactly 3/4 Tank of fuel.

Plans are a street/track (handling) build. I likely won't be starting a build thread until we are mostly complete with our suspension development for the car.

Initial plans are HRE Wheels (18x10's) and some good rubber.

We plan on base lining the car's track performance soon. Very anxious to see what it will do against some of our other cars that we have, around corners.

I gotta admit, I'm not a huge fan of black cars/trucks because keeping them clean sucks. But I think I could look past that for a black S550. That looks really nice. Black and white are by far my two favorite colors for this car. They bring out the "Aston Martin" or Maserati" in them.

^Agreed. Also, I am curious what the S550 is going to look like with 18x10's as well.

So far I haven't been a fan of these new 2015' s but like others have said, this one looks pretty good all murdered out in black.

My vote would be some Vorshlag Forgestars F14's in matte black on this thing FTW but either way I would say keep the all black theme going for sure.

The weight distribution is impressively even at all four corners out of the box too!

Please! push the limits. Give it what it wants!

As much as I like wider the wheels and all, fitment, he said they were going for a handling package. Is it not possible to go too wide? Just wondering. I would imagine too wide of a rear tire would hinder cornering capabilities.

Seems to work just fine actually...

On my car...I've gone from 265 -> 275 -> 285 -> 295 and now to 315's on all four. Each increase in tire size makes the car work better.

And you should have said your tire cost went from $ -> $$ -> $$$ -> $$$$! :)

These cars are not cheap on the consumables....

So much truth in these last 5 or 6 posts, it hurts.

Of course, we want to run the widest rubber possible.

However, we are going to run the 18x10's on all 4 - as we feel that will help us relate to the common enthusiast, a little better.

I think this thing will handle really well with a square set-up on 10's...with some suspension mods and a good tire.

It's kinda like my drag build. I mean, a 325 tire is the best.....but I am going to run a 17" wheel on the back with a 295 DR....because that will be the common choice with our customer base.
