That's not too bad. Some folks put more into a 3650 than a 6060 would cost and don't realize it until later.

You will also have your 26 spline clutch setup in place for later.

No I think the total shipped to my house was around $465 iirc, so I can't complain. I knew not to put to much into it if I were to upgrade to the 6060.

Yes! I am still happy I got it for that deal! The thing looks brand new!

just got a clutch for 224$ on amanzon - thanks to BRUCEH!
Crossmember on ebay for 68$

now just need a shifter for the TR6060 and I am set!

so now I actually may be saving money going the TR6060 route vs upgrading the TR3650.

Will the cruise control and speedometer work after the install of the TR6060? Will you need a new clutch master cylinder?

Yes. No. It's a straight forward swap. I have not figured out how to get cruise to work in 5th gear but that's it.

Yup! Got everything either here or on it's way! Hopefully pulling the motor this week and sending it to the machine shop. Now it's just labor and time! No more spending money other than the machine shop. Yay!

lol your build is going quicker than mine is that's for sure! I still have machine shop for the heads and parts to order. I am trying to wait it out until mustang week though to see what I might find there before I order anything else!

Lol well I hadn't driven my mustang in over a year. I was doing timing replacement and supercharger install. And doing it slow. (New born took up my time) and as soon as I got it running I decided to build it. Haha! So I'm in a hurry . I miss driving this damn car

makes sense! congrats on the new born by the way too! I don't know what I could do without driving it for a year, I would cry. My brother just got a new car for graduation so I got my first car back (2000 cavalier) for a DD, so now I can build this one slowly as I want for the most part. Then again to I don't think you're 22 trying to build a mustang up either lol

Oil pan gasket, oil adapter/water gasket, front seal? Timing cover gaskets? in the gasket section! lol

What about timing components? (Guides, chains, etc)

Heads.. Reusing lifters and followers? Valve seals?

That's just off the top of my head for now. As I am going through the same thing.

Also where did you get your springs? I have yet to order mine.

I just put new timing parts on. Only drove like 15 miles on them, so I'll reuse all of that, I also upgraded to frpp rocker arms and followers when I replaced those! So I guess I need some more seals/gaskets.

Only place I could find the springs was summit racing.

Good deal then! that should be fine, I was on the debate about replacing my followers and adjusters but they all looked fine and nothing was wrong with them so they will be reused.

For the price of the gaskets you can't go wrong knowing their new. I got a new front deal with my timing kit, but used fel pro from the part store for everything else.

Okay sweet, I have to order mine soon, did you get them yet?

Yeah if you look at my threads I had a bad tick noise so I replaced anything that could have caused it lol!

Spark plugs / phasers / timing components / rocker arms / adjusters.
