You plumbed it all fucked up though .... both of those hoses coming out of the valve covers are "exit" holes ... you stuck hoses on them and stuck them into the can.

I wouldn't run the car like that if it were me.

The engine is trying to expel crankcase pressure and you have it all going into the catch can

Incorrect. It is a breather as well.

LOL!!! I bought it used from Ron @ AM. It looked brand new when I got it but I wanted it powdercoated so it would blend with the firewall.

Serious though, my motor sounds different and the valve train noise that was slightly noticeable is gone. Must be building horsepower as it grows up! I think it'll be a GT500 by the end of the year!!

I think after all the start-ups it's finally starting to break in and reducing the valve train noise

Oh, and yes :hitit:

It's a breather can as well as a catch can so it's VTA. All pressure escapes.

Well, color me surprised.
I really thought that the driver side tube would be an exit also, since I see oil in my intake/blower elbow.

I actually just ordered four Billet Technology catch cans, 2 for my car, 2 for my GF's GT500.

Can't wait to see how much they trap

Darren what does it run at the track?

I run it down the 1320sq ft in the 8's with my girlfriend helping me push. This should get me .4-.5 more not to mention the crazy buzz from CO inhalation!! lol. :thud:

Maybe you have a cold and throat is groggy. Try making your car moving noises in a week and report back.

What this catch can actually does is catch the spit from when Darren makes his car noises. He has it hooked directly to the sound tube coming into the interior of the car.
