... if I were you. I would use the GT500 master, with a stock clutch LUK / SACHS /VALEO.. with the green TOB. I think this ia good combo. I am not a friend of HD clutches .. for Stock or close to stock engines... ( but that is my own opinion ) I like it OEM / Bone stock.. - less headache mostly
I have now Pypes long tubes, Detroit Rocker cams, DIY welded delete plates, JLT CAI and a Brenspeed RON 100 tune. How do you think, will stock clutch work fine with these mods? I was thinking about buying McLeod Street Pro organic clutch because as i understand it should be close to OEM clutch in terms of pedal feel. I also have McLeod aluminum flywheel, but its friction plate has some wear. May i replace just the plate, or is it inevitable for me to buy a new flywheel too?

I got a gt500 clutch master. Part looks identical with all markings. It did nothing for me, same engagement point. I call placebo effect on the gt500 master. lol

Pull & inspect clutch. Go from there.
Oem clutch is fine for those mods.

There is no way in hell the few shims you used under the TOB caused the damage to the thrust bearing. It is far more likely the increased force of the pressure plate is responsible for accelerating the ware. The Hi-Force pressure plate also flexes and wares the linkage under the dash, eats up plastic bushings and causes the overall throwout bearing travel to be reduced.
I had to replace the clutch pedal on my 2010 GT with only 18,000 miles on it after running a McLeod Street Extreme clutch. Damn near took both feet to push the clutch pedal on that one. I’m using a McLeod RXT Dual now and it is much better to operate. I do not hold the clutch in a stoplights!

Maybe because my old master cylinder was so worn that after changing it to GT500 master i immediately felt a huge difference, who knows.

the GT500 master is stronger than the other one. And made from metall . So I think the GT500 master is a good choice

My current clutch absolutely is worn out, so i need to buy a new one for sure. May i use an OEM pressure plate and disk with McLeod aluminum flywheel?
Make sure the spring pack on the clutch disk will fit in the recess on the flywheel and that the friction material on the disk contacts the steel surface of the flywheel. They do not all mix and match. Might be best to purchase clutch, pressure plate and flywheel all the same brand and intended to go together.

How do you think, McLeod Street Pro pressure plate won't be too hard on my crankshaft's thrust bearing? I was thinking about buying a new friction plate for my aluminum flywheel and a new organic clutch. Or should i buy a new LUK or Sachs flywheel and clutch from rockauto? With my mods i assume i have 340 RWHP at best.

I am unfamiliar with LUK or Sachs so I know nothing about them. I do know McLeod has an organic disk that will work with the aluminum flywheel if you want to run that. Can you get a new friction plate for the aluminum flywheel in Germany? That would still leave you with a used and rough pressure plate. Honestly, I think a complete OEM clutch will handle your needs.

I order parts for my car from USA. As i have aluminum flywheel i thought that maybe i can just change a friction plate on it and buy a set of McLeod single disk organic clutch and an OEM slave cylinder. As for OEM clutch, as I understand, the pressure plate is now discontinued, only flywheel and friction disk are still available for purchase.

When you replace the friction plate on the flywheel you still have to have the new surface ground flat. Match that with a new McLeod organic disk and TOB. Good so far. Your pressure plate surface likely looks just like the used flywheel. How are you going to repair that? Pressure plates are typically not repaired. They get replaced. Buy another McLeod street duty clutch kit. It will come with a pressure plate, clutch disk, alignment tool and probably a pilot bearing. And it will fit on the flywheel you have.
