I was driving by my local Ford dealer yesterday and they were running a charity show & shine.

One of the things they had was a portable dynojet and for $90 (portion to charity) it was well worth putting my car on the stand for fun and considering I have 700 miles on the clock she isn't broke in yet.

I have gutted the converters and I'm running Flo-Pro twister mufflers 51277 other than that the exhaust is stock. Running Nitto NT05R in 315/35R20 rears probably didn't help the HP rating either. The car is an auto and I had 94 octane fuel with the Evolution Performance 93 aggressive tune in it.

It was raining earlier in the day and I shutter to link the video due to the fact my car is FILTHY. Also my math was way off due to excitement and there is a 10 second exchange where I ask about the corrected horsepower and I'm sure I'll get the gears for it but what else is new

The all to 4th gear run came back as a negative value, but he did get two 3rd gear runs in that were solid. There were so many people lined up and I didn't want to hog the stand so I said no biggie.

The end result was 370HP (in 3rd at 1.53 gear ratio)

Air temp was 60 degrees, ABP was 30.33 inHG, humidity was 86% and altitude was 2188 for those that want to calculate HP loss due to altitude.

Maybe someone who is much better at Dyno math than I can give the adjustment figures for others, but I figured around a 5% correction value.

So anyways, on to the video and again the corrected HP talk was nonsense at 5:20-5:27
BTW I love the smoke at 1:30 on the 1-2 shift

Awesome! thats 107rwhp over what my stock 3v made! And to it with just 2 more cams with tivct, .4 liters of displacement and 1 more valve per cylinder!

Am I missing something? ..why would you do a dyno pull in 3rd? Isn't 5th the 1:1 gear on the 2011's?

4th is, but as I mentioned it was for charity and it was more for fun than anything.

There were about 30 dynos done that day and I was more curious about some power rating than getting it done perfect, the full gear run 1-4 came back with negative values (misread) and I figured rather than chance another misread I could at least compare to the 1st third gear pull.

It was fun though :)

the numbers are gonna be a little off just because of the 4th 1:14 or 1:17 or whatever it is.

but the 3rd gear pull is gonna be way skewed i think, i'm not even gonna bother putting mine on a dyno til i can get a tune that will lock it in 4th

When they turned off my overdrive button I didn't shift into 5th Beefcake.

I'm not overly impressed by the numbers, I just know there is very little info out there for slightly modded cars to be seen so guys can take it for what it's worth :)

The tune has made the car a completely different animal to drive. I think you have the same tune?

It seems ready to explode into power at a moments notice.

So much more power than my 07 with 4:56's and a 5spd with tune and exhaust.

I think 370HP rating in a 1.53 gear vs 1.00 isn't very good at all, but the driveability is amazing.
