That's pretty much spot on on the FR500S unit and the unit I am making. I would have had mine done its just cold here and I don't want to freeze in the garage!![]()
But I've just been too busy to mess with it lately. Plus I'd have to take the whole front end off and take the bumper beam to have some brackets welded on. And I need to glue the chin spoiler on the bumper because apparently 3M tape doesn't last... at least not on a part that is under load at 150 mphOnly thing I would add would be vertical spats on the side, to help push the air around the front tires. I'm assuming you are going to take the splitter pan all the way to the K-member? For a mount, you could probably drop a bracket down from the rack bolts, and set it up with a slip-pin. The front turnbuckles would keep the blade in place, and it would be nice to be able to easily remove the blade if you wanted!
Small bolts from the spoiler to the bumper then 3M tape from the splitter to the spoiler. I have some brackets drawn up for the rear of the splitter and the front rods will hold the front of the splitter.
