Well got retuned today, manifold was solid under 15lbs of boost! And no movement when released at the end of the pull. Only movement was at quick little revs at idle, at part throttle or wot it doesnt move.

Did a couple pulls after installing the ba5000 at 12lbs(same boost as stock manifold) and got 563rwhp 549rwtq. So thats up 24rwhp from the stock manifold. This was just the peak gain. It averaged 20-30 throughout from 3K on.

Had a few issues with the maf spiking and o2 sensors with the open/close loop transition so still have a few things to tweak.

Then we upped the boost a little and made 603.9rwhp 556.8rwtq at 14.6 psi! Decided to stop there for now... lol

Good to hear it didn't blow all to pieces and go up in a big fireball. Killer numbers though. Makes me want to go back to turbos.

ohhh geee.. he decided to stop at 600rwhp!!! HA! limiting yourself not to blow us sub 600 people away ;-).. hahaha

its good to hear some gains are there.. I'm still in a waiting mode till the tuner gets back.. If no one blows up by then, it will be install time and play..

LOL. Yeah man the car feels great now with it all tuned up on the new manifold. The hanging rpms at shifts/decel is gone, and everything is just smooth, definetly a joy to drive again! Mike spent a good 2-3 hours just on drivebaility and worked through the few problems we were having (maf not reading/spiking and bad 02 readings on one bank) Still have a little stumble in first ocasionaly (need to replace the 02 sensors). But its not near as bad as it was. Oh and i just cold started the car to drive to work and the cold start stumble/bucking issues are 99% gone as well!

That is awesome Jeremy! So how did you only pick up 7ft-lbs with 2.6 lbs of boost? I can't wait to see that thing.

Longtime vistor 1st time poster .... I also work for a very large corp company(nothing to do with cars) who gives us B.S. to feed to the customers when they call about their issue's.
19COBRA93 is a very poor rep for Ford who has been an ass every chance he gets...That being said the intake is as poorly made just as 19COBRA93 was trained on how to represent his company...I personally wish 19COBRA93 would switch teams and be a goverment motors racing rep maybe Obama wants him he could be Obama's press rep for GM.

Why would ford invest all the time and development money on a intake that moves like that...hope the people that designed that don't work on the safety aspect of our cars....car gets hit by a yugo and folds in half...it was designed to flex... yeah whatever
19COBRA93 go work for GM
