HELP!

okay so im needing to haul my car to a local shop to do a header install and tune. the car ONLY has the stock manifolds on it (no midpipe) which is where my question is, can i start the car and run it with ONLY manifolds long enough to load it on the trailer, or should i put the stock hpipe back on to move it? im just worried about messing something up
