True, but it would have to be a mesh grille. or one off an appearance package v6 from ford (billet looking, but it's really plastic), because the true billet grille is pretty heavy.. haha.

Don't forget the Bullitt grille..but they aren't very light (I was surprised at how heavy our grilles are!). Weight savings is probably in the ounces.

Or, of course, Mr. FRPP Connection Guy here could probably procure an FR500S grille for less than the $500 list price, which is probably lighter..drool.

Don't know how I missed that! You are correct though. and also the agent 47 grille is nice, but not for that price. Just go to home depot and get three feet of that lawn liner and viola!

It looks like the grille frame weighs alot..no so much the fog lamp assemblys

Also Shelby makes a black mesh grille without fog lamps for about $220

Still they are little lighter then factory..but you may want to watch out for too much underhood pressures if you increase front air flow and have no way to vent it.(extreme cases)

I wouldn't waste time trying to knock off weight from the grille. Even thought I have a bullitt grille waiting to go on my car its more for looks with then the bumper

Jute is the insulation under the carpet. Looks like a bunch of shredded thread/fibers piled together.

Just out of curiosity do BMR A-Arms cut 11lbs each or 11lbs for both?!

Im curios about this too. I have some i got from marksti waiting to go on i will weigh them compare to stock when i put them in unless someone already has done so. I would venture to say 11-12 lbs total, as these arms are still pretty beefy.

I think im going to dump my mac's and go corsa, would be nice to save some weight in the process
