I would like to here some

3.8 pulley - dyno numbers / et / mph

3.6 pulley - dyno number / et / mph

The 3.6 seems like a no brainer but maybe I'm wrong.. But for a 93 pump gas car that will only see about 2500-3000 miles a year is that the ticket for a pump gas weekend warrior?

I made 640rwhp 502rwtq with Lund dyno tuning it on Evolutions Mustang Dyno, also have a 3.8" pulley, Long tubes, boss manifold on 93 pump

I Mean hands down I'm going with the beefcake special that's a no brainer.

But is the boss intake necessary?
with 3.6 pulley on the stock intake it seems that would pull me that number I'm looking for..

When does the stock intake start dropping off?

Will a auto car crack 600rwhp with the stock intake and the 3.8 pulley?

Seems the 3.6 guys are pulling about 3 more mph on the big end but would like here from the guys that are running

What are some of the reasons guys are not running the 3.6 and sticking to the 3.8

for some guys, it's fuel in the area, 91 octane, for some the 3.8 is plenty,

i'm all for 2.95's to 2.75's, lol. Of course not on the stock block, lol

Still working on getting some tires, just installed 3.31 gears as well. Hoping to hit a track soon.

Nope, not a single difference. My IAT stays at around 50-53 right now, same as it was before I did it.

I totally think you could hold a torch to the blower and the intercooler will still do it's job, it's just so damn big, lol.

The charger gets hot, just like before, but no noticeable difference in feel when I touch it. PDip is good to 350 deg too I think.

Did you remove the Paxton to PD it, or did you spray it mounted?

Did it on the car. I would suggest you remove it if you're not experienced with the PDip life. Lol. It has a different behavior and technique about how its applied.

Thanks bud!

you might want to go with JPC's new one if you ever want to run a strut tower brace and have room to get the filler cap off

I can get my cap on/off with plenty of room to spare with the Hotchkis stut bar. Just fyi for those who have the Canton or Paxton unit and want to run a strut bar.

So I've about finished the Paxton install. What a pain in the dick. The instructions aren't that great at some points and half of the stuff you put on are in the way to put others parts on that would have been easier to do at an earlier point. At least the hard parts are done. Tomorrow I'll wire in the BAP and gauges, hook up my exhaust, load the tune and refill the coolant. I pray that there are no issues with this thing. And I dread ever having to change the belt unless there is something that I don't know that makes it easier.
