Just checking to make sure I understand this. The torque booster from beefcake. The point is to pulley down to say 3.33 and set the spring at say 9psi or around what the 3.8 was giving you. This keeps peak power close to the same but ramps the boost on faster for improved midrange rpm power? Which requires a retune. Who went from a basic kit then added thus..was it worth the coin. Sounds like a no brainer to me?!

Yeah that's it.

Oh damn you!!! Haha. I want it. Is that with the stock pulley or did you go down and add the 9# spring?

After the kit is installed how hard is it to put this on? Pull the front bumper and swap the elbow.

I haven't done it but it's a pulley swap and swaping the elbow out. I doubt you have to remove the fascia, it should only be the panel under.

What size pulley can i go down to on the paxton kit without having to dick with the idler pulley on the paxton.

Right now im on the 3.6 pulley one step down. Can i go any lower with just a simple pulley swap and still use my belt.

no more than a 3.6 on a stock block, unless your bleeding off some boost.

What is all involved in swapping to a 3.33 pulley, I am running an aluminator motor.

Do i have to disassemble the blower to swap belts out.?

Anyone out there got some tips to swap over to a 3.33 Pulley.

You have to move the idler pulley which requires you remove the head unit. Also need a smaller belt.

Fourth hole from left(towards the water pump) and 100" belt should work. Also have the pull head unit and loosen all bolts on bracket assembly to move adustable pulley. Remove top idler and top spacer.

Can someone let me know what part numbers go with the coolant tank(ie the hose extension parts)

I'm piecing a procharger kit together but will be using JPCs coolant tank. Just trying to figure out what coolant extensions I will need.

It came with coolant tank and all hose and PVC modification parts. It's like 220 from paxton, but a vender can get it cheaper.

New build

Last may the rings in #7 and 8 didnt want to play anymore, so I yanked the motor and did a build. While it was out I did tubular kmember and a arms and a few other things. Waiting on my fore innovations triple pump system and it will be ready to tune.
