Regarding the oil pump gear issue:

The shop my car is at got a call from Ford this morning. Apparently they're tracking down the Aluminator SC motors they've sold lately and warning people that they may have a problem. They asked for the SN off the back of the driver's side head, then said they'd get back to us. The motor JUST got put back in the car and hasn't been fired yet. Curious to see A) if there's a problem B) what they'll do about it.

Guess word travels fast when your working on something lol.

No need to wait.

We decided to come up with a Tbolt Package for our customers. We were having issues with the pipes not sealing because of some of the clamp sizes in other kits. Paxton has 4 different worm clamp sizes included with their kits, 5 on the Vortech kits.

Most of the T Bolt kits available are limited to 3 sizes. Our kit fills in the gap at the intercooler area. The 3" bolts are too small, and the 3.5" bottom out.

We teamed up with Five Star and Clampco who make some of the best T Bolt clamps out there to offer a kit that addresses these areas. Our Paxton t bolt kits come with 4 sizes of clamps, and our Vortech specific kit will come with 5. The outlet diameter of the Vortech kit is slightly smaller, and the 3" clamp bottoms out there as well. It's not the cheapest kit on the market, but it is definitely the most complete.

These kits are in stock and ready to ship.

In addition we have been working on getting people into fuel systems out of the gate with their Paxton kits, especially the E85 customers like Tom.

All of our Beefcake Special Packages have been updated with the ability to upgrade with stage 1 fuel systems for gas and for e85.

Our stage 1 system for fuel is an $899 upgrade, and our E85 system which retails for only $1299 is only a $1040 upgrade to the standard package.

We can also customize systems at higher horsepower levels as well.

On top of that, we are offering an additional $100 forum special on our kits right now!

the $1299 e85 kit includes 2 465 e85 capable pumps. If bought at the time of the purchase of a beefcake special, it is a $1040 upgrade.

Damn both good idea's.

You can't go wrong with a Paxton kit and fuel system, still cheaper then most other power adder TUNER kits.

Weather has been horrible here, been wanting to get this done for about 6 weeks.

Some folks like things quiet, some like things a little louder with their supercharged cars.

Vortech Racing is now offering a direct bolt in replacement for the standard quiet blow off valve.

This BOV is a 360 degree blow off valve and really wakes up the sound of the car. No modifications necessary, simply unbolt the oem included with the kit, and bolt in the replacement bov. Our testing was done on our coyote car, but the valve will work with any application regardless of year or make.

This is a great alternative for less money than other replacement valves that include more work to get them to fit.

We will also be offering an introductory special for our forum customers and facebook group customers.

Just give us a shout 513-478-1965.

The black valve is here

The stain valve is here

High tension springs are also available, but not really wanted on this application.

Did a couple in car videos, the first is a longer video with some stock bov driving, windows up, and also of the head unit itselt.

Then the opposite, head unit and driving with windows up.

This second video is a windows down video.

I personally like separate lines.

We usually tap the throttle body spacer and insert a fittting

Well I installed everything on my car this weekend and can not get the car to start.

Setup is,
Paxton 2200SL
JLT cai
ID 1000's with FORE dual pump return system
brisk silver plugs gapped at .32

I have 55psi of fuel pressure, I've rechecked everything and went over the instructions for the fuel system and Paxton install again and again. It started up and ran for about 3 mins then started running rough and then stalled, can crank and it will try to fire but wont stay running.

Also checked and made sure MAF is installed correctly. Any thoughts?
