How about the other coolant line on the bottom of the intake? Is it secured in place properly? Clamps tight? Need to mop the coolant out of the intake passages before reassembly.

Were your intake gaskets (O-rings) removed from the factory intake and installed on the blower intake and properly seated? I don't know what the Roush install calls for but I think the Saleen called for that step.

How would I mop it out? keep stuffing shop towels in there until it's dry in every cylinder? And I never ever checked the bubbler line, if that was leaking wouldn't the intercooler reservoirs coolant level be the one that got drained a bit and not the radiator reservoir?

O rings were all in place on the intake when I packed it up.

I believe there's also a coolant line that attaches to the bottom of the intake and is routed out the back of the motor beside the other black metal coolant line.

Yea the lower intake already had the gaskets in it from when skwerl was using it. I replaced one from my intake because it had a small rip in it.

I was thinking more of one slipping out of place during the handling of install. My Saleen blower has the other coolant line you mention I believe - I just can't see how this gets coolant in the intake. It makes sense to have it in the valley.

I'm about to upload another vid. Stay tuned
It will take a little while. Think I found the problem, I show you in the video and all the gaskets too and the bottom of the intake

Broke dafuk down
shop vac to suck out the coolant in the cylinders. I would also recommend you check it very well for foreign objects.. I always tape off the intake ports when I have a manifold off.

For good measure I would take the plugs out and crank the motor over. That will blow out any coolant and prevent potential hydo-lock.

Yeah, but think about how much time you saved by not draining the coolant before pulling the intake!

Well a lot of coolant ran out of the intake when I pulled it off, I seen it running out and was like OSHIT. But was too late. Really didn't want to drain it since I already spent $39 in coolant today:hittheglass:

I don't have a shop vac, only a regular vacuum. I was going to go buy a few rolls of shop towels and keep pushing them in there to soak up the coolant. Would that work?

could I get a hand siphon pump at walmart? it's the only thing thats open.

And OMG my computer just keeps saying device not recognized. I've restarted the computer and my phone both, I cant get this video uploaded to my pc to put on youtube =/

Edit: Trollolol I'm just uploading it from my phone. Give me a while. I want this thing to hurry so I can go get some towels to get that out of there.

So pretty much I will need to dry those cylinders out, remove spark plugs and crank engine for 5-10 secs to prevent hydro lock, and then how do you guys feel about changing the oil?

Think I should start the car for 5 mins or so once it's back together and then change the oil out? Haven't decided which oil to use yet either. Probably Mobil 1 5w20 synthetic blend

Nooo don't leave me! I need you guys xD

Just kidding good night man thanks for reading in, I'm 99% sure it's the heater hose that I thought it was (I think it's a heater hose?). It's the one that Skwerl said "connects to the water pump sort of".

Here, this:
