The right side head gasket came in today! Taking the day off tomorrow to button up the motor so it can go back in the car on Saturday.

Motor is all done and since it was raining all day, and I wouldn't be able to drop it in till tomorrow, I decided to polish up the Moroso valve covers. I also had to install the -8 fittings for the breather tanks.

Also since I was waiting one the head gasket anyhow, I went ahead and pulled the pistons out the other day and went ahead and installed a set of SS rings. Since I know the tune is good and there shouldn't be any breaking issues.

I swear Billy, you should machine up some of those front pulley support setups and sell them. Anyone running an F1 on a mod motor would kill for that setup.

I don't forsee any issue, I ran the as rings all of '13 without issue and I have the car tuned already.

I'm running SS rings with this new build and I haven't had any issues so far. Still a fairly fresh build.

Im trying, figures I would wake up sick this morning. I felt it coming yesterday and was getting weaker and weaker as that day went. I was able to get the motor back in the car and everything buttoned up on the bottom side. Then with some help from my son we pushed it back in the garage so I can work on the top side and crank it tomorrow. Still have to swap MC also. Lots to get done tomorrow! Looks like I may be at TX2k for T&T only and to watch the rest.
