The Thermo-cool sleeve is for that other radiator tube that went along the front of the radiator out of the coolant overflow

Okay gotcha so the thermal cool stuff is the metallic heat wrap that wraps on the thin hose. Well i relocated my coolant tank so that hose doesnt run there anymore. I was thinking about using this themo wrap on the oil filter relocation rubber hose lines after i see how close the up pipe is to it.

Also im guesing the roll of heat wrap is for mainly for the up/down pipes.

Looks like your well on your way. I saw that your selling a intercooler in the classifieds. Just had an extra laying around?

I already had bought and mounted an intercooler awhile back as i planned to do my own coldside setup, you can check it out at the beginning of this thread. So im selling this one.

Wow, you wasted zero time on this Jeremy!

Yeah i couldnt help it lol. I figured once i have a good idea how the coldside will be routed and make sure i have all the necessary pipes and couplers to make it work., the rest can be put together in a day.

Okay so i need about a foot of 3" straight pipe and i need the maf mount to weld on. Its gonna cost $40 for the mount and $20 for the pipe plus whatever it costs to have someone weld it on for me.

I found this at VMP for $99. It would work perfect and i already have the straight couplers to bolt it on, what ya think?

I'm loving this thread! I've want to setup a turbo kit myself, but feel the $5000 premium the big boys charge is just to damn much. Good stuff so far!

How thick is the core on your intercooler? Is there enough room for a 4" core in there?
