Okay gota question. The kit comes with a worm gear clamp for the tb silicone connector. I would rather use a t-bolt clamp. What size t-bolt clamp would i need to fit the oval throttlebody? I have a bbk 62mm tb btw so its gonna be larger than stock, thanks.

Yeah i know the t-bolt hold better. Looks like the oem helion kit has worm gear clamp and then i saw it a pic where pete switch to t-bolts. I think i will try to make the worm gear on the throttlebody into a circle and measure the diamter and that should fit the oval tb with a t-bolt.

you can measure the circumference and then find the diameter if the TB as a circle, should give you a close enough value.

dont use worms on anything under boost.

Yeah definitely use a t-bolt clamp, the worm ones suck.....you'll end up blowing the intercooler piping off like I did....

It blew off from under the car, it was the inlet pipe into the intercooler, then I ran the fucker over lol. Then was before I blew the motor too.

ASAP, it just depends on work and time off. Realisticly 2-3 weeks working on it on weekends. My car is a daily driver so i am probably going to have to install and remove it a few times before it finally goes on for good and i can take it to get tuned.
