Thanks for posting that Gabe. They called me this morning about the car and said they were going to do an article on it. I didn't think it would be that fast though.

Good Lord! You are a celeberty Marc. I was talking with someone at work about roll bars and mentioned how your car had progressed over the past 5 years. No shit the guy says "is that the guy from The Mustang Shop"? I know he doesn't know you. But he knows of you and your car.

Has anyone randomly offered to buy it yet? You know it's coming sooner or later.

Since they said I drive it on the street, I expect the EPA to come to my house now.

LOL I was thinking the same thing. If you were ever harassed by the pofo, you could show him the articles saying it's "street legal".

This coming Saturday, I rented the road course at Pacific Raceways. So I'm thrashing to get the car finished by tomorrow night. After the photo shoot with 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords magazine is over, I hope to have enough time to get my sway bar and shock settings dialed in.

In order for my power brakes to work, I installed a Ford Super Duty diesel vacuum pump and Crane vacuum reservoir. With any luck, this system will work. I sealed the air box to the firewall and built the passenger side inlet to match the drivers side that I built last year. I also ran the drysump tank vent into the trunk and mounted it next to my diff catch can. And just for good measure, I threw a 8800 rev limter chip in the ignition box.

Super duty diesel vac pump you say? That should give me the vac back from my cams and make the brakes work correctly no? Hmmmmm

Looking good BTW!
