It sounds like it could be a WOT box problem. Considering it only happens at WOT..
Or does it happen at partial throttle as well? I might have missed that part.

I would just disconnect the wot box to eliminate that out of the equation.

matt, you wont loose anything if you take the spark plugs out, i would ispect them for sure,

I would also try swapping the maf out.
