I would at least check the plug that had the bad injector and maybe 1 more from the other bank. Durring tuning I always pull 1 plug from each bank after every other run or so.

I had a starting issue with my car from time to time, but never at wot. All I do is hit the little black button on the WOT box and turn the unit off (blue light goes out) and then I could start it fine. Not sure what was going on, but that could be an issue.
