Yep ac had to go ! Thats right I went there...Not much different then East Texas , but mine is not a DD either . No way in hell Im driviing my F150 everyday with no ac in the summer . I would be like " no ac " time to get strait to the dealer and wait !Yuck, I gotta have A/C... This Florida humidity in the Summer will murder me...

I don't want to get rid of a/c in Illinois just for the couple weeks during the summer that make it miserable. If I keep working out of town during the summer, I may decide to get rid of it and shed some weight.
Got the fuel pumps working. Got fuel pressure and no leaks. All other electrical that I could tell was working!!
Some have asked for the way I split the battery. I used a basic distribution block. 1 for inside fuse box, 1 for alternator, 1 for starter.

Powered up the car, got good fuel pressure to both rails.
