can someone tell me who makes these coil overs and does any one have any lone have any info and directions for them.

They look like a coil over kit for the older Mustangs (pre s197).

Yeah looks like the comp engineering coilovers for 99-04.

damn i got them from a guy on here that said he couldnt remember the manufactor of them but they fit the stock strut.

I do believe the 99-04 will fit with a couple washers as spacers.
