To start off, I'm very impressed with the setup. We made a few WOT pulls and work on the drivability, so I'm sure the numbers would be higher if we let it cool off, lol.

Issue 1: I found my blower leak. It's coming from the Imperller shaft seal. I tried to get a replacemnet when I rebuilt the blower, but couldn't find one in a timely maner. I'm gonna get one now lol.

Issue 2: When the imperller bearing went out the impeller made contact with the blower housing and wore down the impeller blades some. My boost is now falling off approximately 5 PSI after 5500 RPM. I really want to see what she makes with impeller working properly. I'm gonna try to get a new impeller from paxton.

Pulled to 6000 RPM, I think it was 17 deg of timing, 17 PSI max, 93 octane
she made 580 RWHP and 535 RWTQ

Get those things fixed and report back. I would think you would make more than that with your setup!

Awesome numbers, it is going to be super beast without the boost taking a nosedive - pull that sucker to 6500!

Good luck with the impeller repair, I had a similar issue, sent the blower back to Vortech..was quoted approx $700 for the impeller repair, they discovered I had teeth missing on the gear side so the blower was done, gave me credit toward a new one so I bought a new head unit.

I think everything from them cost $800 lol. all they want you to do is send it in so they can fix it lol.

I'll post the dyno graph later.

If I ran on race fuel or e85 I could make the really big numbers with this setup. I think well into the 700's is possible if not more. I have a built motor with the overdrive crank so i don't have to spin it to the moon, make 600 RWHP, daily driver and still 22 to 23 MPG on the highway.

A big thanks to Benjy ans Wes. Once again above and beyond the call of duty.

I forgot to mention that my customized intake tube was a restriction. I'm gonna make a new one. My air filter also caved in lol.

We had some nice cool air last night. I think my uncorrected numbers were 644/580 lol.

I'm fighting the urge to put the auto back in right now lol. I should just do the impeller and seal then leave it the hell alone, but i'm total addicted now lol
