I bought a RZR-S about 6 months ago. These things are a hell of a lot of fun. I found a local shop that wanted a R&D maching so I voluntered mine. I have a large throttle body, high comp pistons, different weighted clutch, fuel programmer, Muzzy dual exhaust, and he is currently porting and polishing the head. I started with 38 RWHP on this 1000 pound machine, we are hoping for 50's once it is completed. The only expense to me was the dual exhaust and the fuel programmer. Top speed in the sand was 52 and now it is 58, that should increase as well as the flight distance

Anyway these thing are addicting. I started to jump and it is amazing flying through the air. I am getting about 4' vertical and carrying about 30' in length. It feels like you are in the air for a long time:shock:
I thought I would share some pics from last month...

The firs pic was a hard landing...I learned how to brake to level it out:)

They are a kick!

Turbos are the way to go. There are some guys that are putting 120+rwhp on these 1000 pound buggies.
yeah thats pretty damn good im not sure what the rotrex from mountain performance puts down but its on low boost im sure high boost and a forged piston it could throwdown some good numbers

I have CP forged pistons right now, if the builder doesn't see the numbers he wants after he puts a hot cam in I am hoping he will give me a deal on a turbo. It put down 46RWHP so basically a 25% increase, before the cam.

There is a company out in Minnesota that fits the Weber motor out of the Polaris snowmobile into the RZR. The kit costs about 11k and takes the RWHP from 38 stock up to 106RWHP. You can sell the stock motor for 2k+ so the mod is about 9k.
