Terry did you ever reveal the power number you were at before your broke? Or were you still running the 528rwhp/448rwtq which was originally posted awhile back on your dyno graph?

that was at 17 degrees of timing on the dyno with a mix of pump gas with torco.

it was probably making more at 7500 what we were shifiting at, but who knows. car was pretty consistent in the 10.8's from the time it came off the trailer.

That sure does look like an open A/C line absorbing moisture, guess it doesn't matter on a drag car! LOL

I was building over the winter anyway. It just kept me from running the last 2 weeks of the year locally! :)

Looking at that piston it's amazing the block cleaned up at .010. I hear these new 5.0 blocks are already punched to the limit, seems like the better move would have been to re-sleeve the one cyl and not punch.

How old was the torco, doesn't that stuff have a shelf life like normal fuel? Glad your building it up Terry! This is going to be one impressive ride. I'm assuming you are going to get it retuned when you get the new engine in and running? Is john going to tune it again?

Torco wasn't old, they all have a shelf life.

Jon will still be tuning the car.
