Bobby, what is the standard lead time when ordering a turbo from Comp?

I know Bobby answered this but take into account this is race season so people are ordering/repairing more often so 4-5 weeks is realistic for this time of the year.

Very true. The most important part to remember is that these turbos are not an off the shelf turbo they are a custome built to our spec turbo. So they have to build all of them from the ground up when we order them.

Do you guys try to have one on hand to ship with your kits or do you place the order with Comp when a customer orders a kit?

No because the warrenty starts from the day it ships and that wouldnt be fair to the customer to give them a turbo without a full warrenty.

Kind of a strange way for Comp to do their warranty, but the way you are handling it makes sense.

Thats the only way i would do it too. Too much money involved to do it any other way.

Ok so the fuel pump did not come Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did get a base tune from LITO.
Where did you guys get your analog SCT cable? The 6 Pin Firewire cable?

Why didn't you use the coolant pipe that cam in the kit. It will be the small pipe that is polished that is a 90*. Your upper hose may melt or get messed up.

Should just be a printer USB cable. I got mine from RadioShack

If it does I will use the metal one but the small hose is way closer.
