Supercharger Belt Sizes

Thought a thread like this may be useful if made into a sticky, that way theres not multiple threads asking for belt sizes or calling JDM etc 100 times a month. I I figured people can place there combination of pullies etc and list what belt size and part number and for which s/c. I can edit it in to the original post. Heres what I got:

Saleen:

Gates K061080 Micro-V (13/16" x 108 ¾" – 6 rib) or NAPA 25-061080 (3.8", 3.6" & 3.4"* Pulleys Only). *The K061080 belt can be used with the 3.4" S/C pulley if used in combination with the V10 W/P pulley and 90mm OEM idler pulley in place of the 76mm Saleen idler pulley.


Gates K061075 Micro-V (13/16" x 108 1/8" – 6 rib) or NAPA 25-061075 (3.4", 3.2"* & 3.0"* Pulleys Only) *When using 3.2" & 3.0" S/C pulleys, change W/P Pulley to F7UZ-8509-AA (5.515" diameter – 17.317" circumference) for a V10 truck application - improves S/C pulley belt wrap.

Gates K061073 Micro-V (13/16" x 107 7/8" – 6 rib) or NAPA 25-061073 (2.87" S/C Pulley) When using 2.87" S/C pulley, change W/P Pulley to F7UZ-8509-AA (5.515" diameter – 17.317" circumference) for a V10 truck application - improves S/C pulley belt wrap.
Stock "GT" W/P pulley (F6TZ-8509-AA) is 5.082" diameter – 15.957" circumference.

8 rib belt - Gates K081092 Saleen 2.95 pulley, 100mm idler next to the P/S pump, 90mm idler on the belt tensioner.


Edelbrock E-force:

3.75 inch base kit pulley uses Gates K061037 (13/16 in. width, 103.7 in. ID)
3.5 inch pulley uses Gates K061025 (13/16 in. width, 102.5 in. ID)

Whipple
3.250 pulley GenII or 3.375 pulley GenI K061247

8 RIB - 2.625 to 3.00 top pulley with 10% overdrive pulley and small a/c delete pulley Gates K081223 or K081223HD

8 RIB - 3.00 top pulley, 10% overdrive crank pulley, and NO a/c delete (running a/c) Gates K081265 or K081265HD

Stock KB belt is 124.7" long

Vortech

3.60" pulley K061203 Gates belt (stock crank pulley)

3.20" pulley K061195 Gates belt (stock crank pulley)

2.95" pulley K061187 Gates belt (stock crank pulley)

Procharger F1a with 7.625 crank pulley

I actually have a lot of good info that I have gathered since 2005 on Saleen S/C installations thanks to JDM.

Which pulley do you have ? I really need to get a back up for mine and I've never gotten around to it. I have the Gen II and the .... the.. Crap forgot the pulley I'm running, whatever it is it's the stock one that came with the Gen II.

The K061247 will fit the 3.250 pulley that comes on the GenII whipple as well as the GenI 3.375 pulley. I replaced my 3.250 pulley with a 3.375 and the belt works perfectly.

I believe mine is the 3.375, but I'll have to double check it tonight. Right now she's pulling 10-11psi in the cold Jersey air.

That's the stock belt with the stage 1 kit. Not sure about the rest.

Saleen 2.95 pulley, 100mm idler next to the P/S pump, 90mm idler on the belt tensioner. Using a Gates K081092 - 8 rib belt.

Vortech. 6-rib, stock crank pulley.

3.60" blower pulley I used a K061203 Gates belt.

3.20" blower pulley I used a K061195 Gates belt.

2.95" blower pulley (current) I'm using a K061187 Gates belt.

By adding a HD after the part #s it becomes the # for the green heavy duty belt .

These are for an F1a only . The P1 and D1 uses smaller sizes for the same pulleys.
