when the bolt came lose the first time.. PROcharger told me I COULD reuse the same bolt.. so I just though forcefed didnt put locktite on or didnt torque it right(as they fucked up on other things).. I did everything right and worked for 2-3 weeks till the idle started to act up (after hitting Stanly in revirse).. I took it home and called procharger again.. THIS time they tell me its a streatch bolt and needs to be replaced.. so I order it.. got it and took 5 F'ing hours to install because there is a 1 inch clearence between the damn fan shroud and pully and its a neightmare to get to. finally got it on.. next day tried it and noticed the damn thing wobbling as if the procharger pully is warped. So I gave up and took it into the shop.. $170 for pully+ 14 for bolt+ almost $300 in labor!!! AHHHHHH.. The first time it came lose the pully was fine.. but second time was a no go.. too much damage. I was mad at forcefed at first.. but I dont know if they "should" have known to replace the bolt when rebuilding the engine. (Btw: I used the rtv)

...I was mad at forcefed at first.. but I dont know if they "should" have known to replace the bolt when rebuilding the engine...

Swap every GT part to include the PCM and gage cluster to a cheap V6 car.

How's the fuel pressure ?? You could be having a lean pop. I have my doubts on the head gasket. When your motor was done did they mill the heads or the block at all ?? Let us know what's up with the plugs.
+1 with Don on additional parts. Resolve this problem first and minimize the abuse until it's fixed or you might end up starting over again

Its time for the rebirth! Dawn of a new day.. sort of.. The rebuild process has taken another step today.

As a little flashback you might remember this happening in Jan.

After a few months of male crying I talked myslef into getting another stang...

While the old stang is guarded by "trunk puppy" security system..

For the last 2 months we have been working to move the modded parts from the old car to the new one. As posted in the chit chat thread the rear end has been taken off along with most of the suspension.

Today we took out the procharger and engine..

That should answer the questions if the tranny and engine can come out at the same time. I have a higher floor plan though

Last week I remembered to check my stock h-pipe and there I saw one of the cats thrashed( the one that I had the exhaust leak issues). My plan now is to hollow out the rest and put the stock mufflers back on to help quite the noise. has anyone tried this? I know the engine light will come on but not sure if I will run lean even though its on a stock stang. Later I will install the forged engine and SC, but just wanted to see if I can run with it.

Other then that I will make a post in the parts sections.. if anyone needs an oem part let me know.
