^Agreed, i would never run the STS twin turbo setup.. Just a few quick reasons that pop into my mind 1) i am lowered and don't want to hit them while driving on shitty roads, 2) that is far for the oil lines to travel and raises the risk of failure greatly 3) Lag, not sure if it is an issue but it sure seems like it could be and to me, they sound weird compared to a normal mounted turbo under the engine bay.. 4) oh did i mention the price? lol..

I feel like anyone can unbolt them or tamper with them if they know they are there.. That can't be good, especially when driving through a good 8+ inches of water.. Which i have had to do before.

Where is the smoke coming from? Do you have a video of this problem?

I have video that slightly shows it... I am uploading it now...

What I do not understand is...

It doesnt do it on cold start up till 10-15 mins of idling..
Does it worse when its cold out..
Only really does it when I let off the gas..

If I do a little pull then come to a light it will smoke for a bit then linger off..
If I rev it, then it will smoke on the dropping of the revs for a bit..
If I hit the gears (half throttle, shiftin at 4grand) it will leave a cloud..

Thing that interests me the most is that it does not show that I am Burning ton of oil... It hardly drops on the dipstick at all.. Topped her off today after driving her quite abit and she was down a very miniscule amount...

Just waiting on the video...

Do you have a better video of the smoke? What does it do if you rev it to, say, 4500 rpm for about 20 seconds? One thing to check is your oil return lines. Make sure that they are going down to the oil pan the whole way, no humps or binds. Where are the return holes in the pan located?

Edit: What size are your return lines as well?

When you let of the gas? Pull your piping off the discharge and check for oil.. I've seen serveral cases where the oil leaks past the seals and is sucked into the compressor section when the drains are not adequate or the feed lines are too large. If it is related (build) and you start looking around, it won't be hard to tell where it is coming from.

It slipped my mind what size the return lines are... They are much larger then the feed lines which i believe are 3an with pills in both of them... On the passenger side if I take the bottom return off I havethe slowest drip only after I wipe it off... I will drive the far tomorrow Nd check all the pipes for oil after...

Well if I give a good pounding 3rd to 4th half throttle then cone to a stop it's pretty bad for a few seconds then dies off slowly... How bad is it on the turbos to push oil through the seals?

I noticed you are only venting the passenger side valve cover. Try running more breathers (oil cap plus a driver side breather ) and see if it helps with the smoke, at least before you start tearing shit to bits. :thumb:

Gravity feed with no pump....minimum of #10 line. Preferably #12. Make sure you have full flow fittings too. No sharp 90 degree forged fittings.

Russell line will be fine.
