I need the I.D. of the OEM “PCV” valve that is located in the drivers side valve cover. I don’t have any valve covers I can tear up and I must have pitched the last PVC I gutted.
Anyone have a accurate measurement on the I.D. of that sucker? I need to restrict the line I have running to the vacuum port on my blower. Right now it’s a -6AN and pulling WAY too much air. I figured making a restrictor the same size as the OEM PVC which was working for me before I gutted my valve cover and switched the nipple on the valve cover to a -10AN wouldn’t be a bad ideer for starters.
I’m pulling so much crankcase vacuum that it’s pulling air into the motor past the valve cover gaskets//orings!
Thanks!
