I would never in a million years guessed those wheels would clear those brakes. That's awesome fabman. I want those brakes now!

Spacers make anything possible. 18" Bullitt wheels ftw.
Yes, the caliper would have hit the spokes, but even a small spacer is enough to make it work.
The big surprise was that the 17's cleared too.
I had upgraded a friends Supersnake to 6 Piston Baer extremes a while back and she was gracious enough to give me the rear setup that came from her Shelby.
I had been sitting on these waiting for the fronts to go on sale forever.
I finally saw them on sale at AM and decided to do some price checking and I found them on www.TPSMotorsports.com for over $100.00 less than the sale price at AM..... so I bought them.

I downloaded the Template from Baer and checked them quite closely and even though the Baer website said they won't fit 18" Bullets or 17" wheels,
I found that with the spacers that I normally run with my Bullets they clear with plenty of room.
The bonus is that since my 17" skinnies are so....well, Skinny, they also clear those so I only have to swap rear rotors when I go to my drag setup.

(15x10 Rears/17x4.5 Fronts)

I am beyond stoked as I have been wanting these forever but thought I would be stuck with stock brakes or have to give up my drag setup.

Moral of the story:
If you have been wanting to do this but thought you couldn't because they wouldn't fit, I am here to tell you that they will....

Piled it FULL of shit from my office for the change of jobs tomorrow! Regardless of the battery in the back, for being a hatch it sure doesn't hold much stuff... lol.

Got my hands on a new RTR Decklid for a low price and talked myself into cutting the faux badge off the trunk. Very hesitant at first, but now I'm very pleased with the clean look.

Gloss black or even matte is not an option.
So far I'm looking at sandblasting them to bare aluminum and then clear coating that, another dark grey with metallic flake, or dark bronze. I'm leaning towards bronze ATM to change it up, but not positive.

how about this shade of bronze?

I would look real nice on a black car
